This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, experienced painter who is eager to take the next step into a leadership and management role. We're looking for someone who is bilingual (Spanish & English), comfortable with technology, and motivated to lead teams in the field while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily painting operations on-site Communicate clearly with crew members and clients in both English and Spanish Utilize technology (iPad/tablet) for scheduling, reporting, and communication Ensure safety, quality, and deadlines are consistently met Serve as a liaison between crews and clients to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required) Fluent in both Spanish and English Comfortable using modern technology (iPads, mobile apps, etc.) Painting experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills

$52,000 - $90,000 per year
