Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager - CLM in Shelton, CT.
Summary:
The Project Manager drives the end-to-end delivery of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) selection and implementation. This role serves as the subject matter expert for the CLM platform- owning vendor evaluation, platform selection, and cross-functional implementation delivery-while applying both waterfall and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in contract management workflows, ERP modules (finance, procurement, supply chain, HR), and enterprise integration patterns, ensuring that technology investments translate into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
CLM Program Delivery:
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the CLM platform (e.
g., Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign
CLM, SAP
Ariba Contracts, or Conga), managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and vendor evaluation through configuration and go-live
  • Define and optimize contract workflows including authoring, negotiation, approval routing, obligation tracking, renewal management, and clause library governance
  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Compliance teams to translate contracting policies into system rules, templates, and automated workflows
  • Drive CLM integrations with ERP, CRM, e-signature, and sourcing platforms to create a seamless contract-to-procure or contract-to-cash ecosystem
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders in Finance, Legal and Procurement to gather requirements, define technical functionality, and align priorities to the implementation plan as it related to the end-to-end CLM process
  • Manage relationships with CLM and ERP platform vendors, system integrators (SIs), and third-party consultants-holding them accountable to SOWs, SLAs, and delivery milestones
REQUIREMENTS
  • 8-10+ years in IT project management or software delivery, with at least 4 years managing CLM and/or ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, or equivalent)
Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding of contract lifecycle processes (authoring, negotiation, execution, obligation management, renewals) and ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM)
  • Experience with at least one CLM platform (Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, Conga, SAP Ariba or equivalent) required
Tools & Platforms:
Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Clarity, Visio
    Methodologies:
    Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), Waterfall, Hybrid. Proven ability to tailor methodology to project complexity and organizational maturity
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and executive audiences; Ability to navigate complex vendor ecosystems and drive consensus among competing priorities

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
