Job Description Key Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of large-scale K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout project execution. Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, change orders, and cost control efforts. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve schedule, budget, and operational challenges. Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution and project delivery. Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior leadership and clients. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The Successful Applicant A Successful Project Manager Should Have:

5+ years of experience in a true Project Manager capacity with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience managing public K-12 school construction projects valued at $20M+. Demonstrated responsibility for project scheduling, financial management, forecasting, and reporting. Stable work history with reputable construction organizations. Strong understanding of public-sector construction processes and client management. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
