Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid SLP license and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) Recent experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology Capable of effectively managing and prioritizing responsibilities across multiple schools Skilled at working with diverse student populations spanning K-12 Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to in-person service delivery Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to support educators, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families, to support student goals Document progress, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings as needed Travel between assigned school sites within the district as part of your weekly schedule Engage in continued professional development to maintain best practices in service delivery
