$90,000-$120,000, based on experience About the Opportunity Staffworks Group is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee building, restoration, renovation, and construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background and can effectively manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field operations, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage construction and restoration projects from planning through completion Develop and track project schedules, budgets, timelines, and milestones Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, materials, and field crews Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and schedule Communicate with clients and provide regular project updates Identify and resolve issues affecting schedule, budget, manpower, or quality Manage change orders, purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation Coordinate with estimating and operations teams from project award through completion Oversee final walkthroughs, punch lists, and project closeout Qualifications 3+ years of construction, restoration, or renovation project management experience preferred Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and jobsite operations Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field personnel Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or construction project management software Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites as needed Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$120,000 salary , based on experience Full-time, direct-hire opportunity Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) Paid time off Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement, if applicable Opportunities for advancement Ready to take the next step?
