Job Description

Waterford Public Schools has an immediate vacancy for a team-oriented individual. Waterford Public Schools is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Special Education Teacher at Great Neck Elementary School, effective immediately through the end of the 2026-27 school year. Waterford Public Schools serves approximately 2,400 students in grades PK-12. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

State of Connecticut endorsement (165) Comprehensive Special Education, Grades K-12 Daily Rate for a certified substitute teacher is $177.00. On the 41st day of the same assignment, the daily rate shall be paid at BA step 1, $278.47. The vacancy is posted as open until filled.
