https://experiencepinpoint.com The Opportunity Pinpoint is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, and branded environments/activation projects for stadiums, arenas, universities, venues, and commercial spaces. This is not a traditional construction Project Manager role. You will work within the branded production ecosystem - alongside owners, architects, GCs, trades, brands, and vendors - while owning Pinpoint's visual and fabricated scope from RFP/bid planning and project kickoff through submittals, fabrication, installation, and closeout. Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will coordinate internal technical design, production, procurement, and installation teams while protecting schedule, budget, quality, client experience, and project margin. What You'll Do
  • Own a portfolio of complex, multi-phase signage and branded-environment projects from award through closeout, maintaining command of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and next actions.
  • Review RFPs, drawings, specifications, bid documents, and contracts; identify scope gaps, field constraints, dependencies, and execution risks before they become surprises.
  • Serve as the primary project liaison with clients, architects, GCs, facilities teams, vendors, and installers; lead kickoffs, progress meetings, site surveys, and field coordination.
  • Coordinate drawing and submittal workflows, RFIs, approvals, samples, procurement, change orders, and documentation with design, technical, estimating, and production teams.
  • Create order lines, assign tasks, build and maintain detailed project schedules connecting design approvals, long-lead materials, fabrication, print production, shipping, site readiness, and installation.
  • Own project financial discipline: budgets, purchase commitments, change management, job-cost visibility, billing readiness, overtime, optimized scheduling, and margin protection.
  • Coordinate installation planning and closeout, including site logistics, punch lists, quality checks, turnover documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Flex across adjacent project categories as business needs shift, including managing select trade show builds, event activations, and experiential projects that leverage the same planning, fabrication, vendor coordination, budget, and installation skillset. What Success Looks Like
  • Complex projects are delivered on time, within approved scope and budget, with stronger margin visibility and fewer late-stage surprises.
  • Architects, GCs, clients, and internal teams receive timely decisions, accurate information, and clear ownership throughout the project.
  • Drawings, approvals, procurement, production, and installation are coordinated early enough to protect field readiness and quality.
  • Risks, change orders, scope gaps, and client-impacting issues are surfaced early and resolved with documented next steps.
  • Maintains strong project ownership and delivery performance across changing workloads, ensuring trade show builds and event activations are executed with the same attention to quality, schedule, budget, and client experience as core signage projects. Required Experience
  • 7+ years leading complex projects in signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, custom fabrication, exhibits, branded environments, events, or related physical-production environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with architects, GCs, owners/facilities teams, vendors, and field installers on bringing venue-related projects to life.
  • Ability to read architectural plans, elevations, specifications, and shop drawings; working knowledge of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout.
  • Strong financial and business judgment across budgets, procurement, vendor pricing, job costing, and project margin.
  • Strong command of project schedules, documentation, meeting leadership, stakeholder communication, and project management systems.
  • Ability to travel for surveys, client/GC meetings, and installations; occasional nights or weekends based on project requirements. How We Work
  • : We step in and support the team and clients with a solutions mindset
  • : We follow through on tasks, see them to completion, and communicate when something changes
