Job Description Oversee all phases of multimillion-dollar projects from preconstruction through delivery Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial health Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations Lead internal teams and coordinate with subcontractors to meet milestones Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Build strong relationships with stakeholders, inspectors, and trade partners Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
