You will oversee production crews, manage job assignments, coordinate with adjustors and insurance carriers, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to company standards. You'll play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong communication with leadership and clients.

Responsibilities :
Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction Oversee all aspects of restoration projects from initiation to completion Coordinate and schedule production crews and job assignments Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines Prepare and maintain accurate job documentation and reports Communicate regularly with the General/Operations Manager and Owner Identify opportunities for process improvement and team development Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards Maintain equipment and uphold safety and operational guidelines Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications :
Experience in project management, operations, or restoration/construction preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with budgeting, estimating, or financial oversight Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them on-site Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping ability Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members Strong relationship-building skills with clients and team members
Requirements :
Valid U.S. Driver's License Clean background check Drug-free workplace Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working in varying conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces) Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
