About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor projects based out of Brookfield, CT. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can confidently manage technical scopes, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver consistent results on high‑stakes builds. What You'll Lead Full lifecycle management of construction projects from planning through closeout Development and oversight of project budgets, schedules, and resource plans Coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Enforcement of safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to keep projects on track Preparing and delivering clear project updates for all stakeholders Rapid resolution of issues occurring on‑site or during planning Fostering strong teamwork, communication, and a positive project culture Conducting routine site visits to ensure safety and specification alignment Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks Managing procurement for timely and cost‑effective materials and equipment Leading project meetings and maintaining project documentation What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field 5+ years managing commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projects Proven ability to deliver large‑scale, technically complex builds Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and best practices Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with modern project management tools and software Ability to perform in fast‑moving environments while balancing multiple priorities Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities Preferred Experience PMP or similar certification Knowledge of sustainable construction or LEED practices Experience with RFIs, submittals, take‑offs, and change orders Familiarity with MS Project, Procore, and Sage Project experience in healthcare, manufacturing, biopharma, or other technical facilities Experience managing projects ranging from $500k to $20M, especially within the $3M-$5M range Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Wilton, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
