Job Description Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Negotiate, award, and administer subcontractor agreements. Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ownership teams. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and communications to stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives. Collaborate with project teams to drive operational excellence and successful project outcomes. Mentor, develop, and lead project staff to support professional growth and team performance. Utilize construction technology and management platforms to improve project execution. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 7+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects. Proven experience leading multifamily construction projects. Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project controls. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience leading project teams and mentoring construction professionals. Proficiency with construction management and BIM software. Extensive experience delivering large luxury multifamily developments. Experience with Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam. Ability to manage complex, multimillion-dollar projects with multiple stakeholders.
