Overview Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Job description: Overview Rip Tide Restoration is seeking an experienced, high motivated, restoration rebuild project manager to oversee the reconstruction/renovation working with insurance companies for homes damaged by fire, water, smoke, or mold remediation. The ideal candidate will have construction supervisors experience in the restoration industry has worked with Insurance Companies, and Insurance Adjusters. The position requires strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and computer skills. We are a 24/7 company that will require some long days & nights if need to assist in an emergency call that comes in. Key Responsibilities Understands and or reads blueprints and engineer reports Work directly with insured, insurance adjusters and TPA's obtain approvals on scope. Schedule, Manage, and Oversee the Reconstruction Work Weekly/Daily job documentation & photos Ensure quality control and troubleshoot jobs

Desired Skills & Experience:

3+ years of project management experience Reliable and strong work ethic Xactimate experience (Preferred but not mandatory) IICRC certification (Preferred but not mandatory)
