Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce's client in Altamonte Springs, FL is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and guiding projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, tracking progress, managing documentation, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator. This role may involve preparing reports, assisting with budget oversight, and supporting leadership in achieving project goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years of experience required
• Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
• Attention to detail, ability to track multiple projects simultaneously, basic budgeting or financial tracking skills, and the ability to present project updates clearly to stakeholders The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
