The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion, ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, within scope, within budget, and to our quality standards. This is a hands-on role that works closely with field crews, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects organized and moving forward. What You'll Do Plan and manage projects from startup through completion Review project scopes, budgets, schedules, and requirements Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and labor Conduct regular jobsite visits and monitor project progress Manage project schedules and proactively address potential delays Monitor project budgets and resource utilization Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project Coordinate and communicate project requirements with subcontractors Ensure work meets project specifications and company quality standards Enforce company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and industry standards Manage project documentation, schedules, change orders, budgets, and daily reporting Conduct final inspections and ensure project closeout requirements are completed Follow projects through final payment and completion Resolve field challenges involving scheduling, weather, equipment, labor, or other project needs What We're Looking For Construction Project Management experience required; paving/asphalt experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of construction operations and field coordination Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent client and subcontractor communication skills Understanding of project budgets, scheduling, and resource management Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely field decisions Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety requirements Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
