3-5 years of land development experience Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, real estate, engineering, or construction management Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager•Land Development to support residential land development projects from planning through completion. The Assistant Project Manager•Land Development will assist with permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination while working closely with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and internal teams. This role offers excellent growth potential for individuals seeking to advance their career in land development.
Responsibilities:
Assist with permitting and development projects across multiple communities Support project budgets, schedules, and feasibility analyses Review bids and proposals from consultants and contractors Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings Assist with entitlement, permitting, and regulatory processes Attend construction meetings and conduct job site visits Track project expenses and manage invoices Coordinate with HOA and Community Development District (CDD) stakeholders as needed
