Bryan Ashley, a leading manufacturer of high end custom hospitality furniture, is seeking a Furniture Project Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting our Project Management team with customer project orders
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:- Some examples of work this role is involved in:
- Assisting Project Managers with general tasks
- Sending finish samples to factories and customers
- Organizing and processing fabric shipments via small package carriers and freight
- Assisting with project photo reports.
- Developing and maintaining project detail spreadsheets
- This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- High sense of urgency, customer focus, and thoroughness in all work assignments required to meet client deadlines and expectations Essential Skills

- Time management and prioritizing skills
- Must be detail-oriented

- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving
COMPUTER SKILLS
spreadsheets / reporting, etc. Education/Experience- Experience with Project Management Software is a plus
- Google Suite experience or similar is a plus
