Now Hiring:
Project Coordinator We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, communicating across teams, and making sure everything is in place before crews head into the field. As Project Coordinator, you'll support our Operations and Production teams by helping move projects from contract award through scheduling, production, and completion. What You'll Do Maintain project documentation, job files, plans, permits, contracts, and work orders. Keep project information accurate and up to date within our CRM and Microsoft 365 systems . Assist with scheduling projects and coordinating with Project Managers, field crews, customers, vendors, and subcontractors. Help ensure crews have plans, striping layouts, specifications, materials, and project information needed before mobilization. Coordinate materials and project needs, including paint, thermoplastic, signage, stencils, and traffic-control requirements. Communicate project updates and schedule changes to the appropriate team members and customers. Organize completion photos, field documentation, and project closeout information. Help identify and improve administrative processes to keep projects moving efficiently. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Construction, pavement marking, asphalt, or similar industry experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with both office and field personnel and have strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft 365 products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive . Experience working within a CRM or project management system is a plus. Experience reading basic plans, specifications, or striping layouts is also preferred but not required. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple moving pieces at once. They understand that successful field production begins with accurate information and strong preparation in the office. Experience supporting construction or line striping operations is highly desirable, but a strong administrative coordinator with construction knowledge and the ability to learn quickly could also be successful in this role. Bilingual is a plus.
