Project Success Coordinator Fuse Specialty Appliances and Plumbing Deerfield Beach, FL Job Details 3 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Phone communication Word embeddings High school diploma or GED Managing clients in a customer support role Quality data entry Client interaction via phone calls Customer data entry Full Job Description This position reports to the Project Success Team Lead and is responsible for maintaining clear communication with clients and the sales team regarding product delivery scheduling. In this customer service-focused role, the coordinator will proactively call clients to confirm delivery dates, address any questions or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. The coordinator will also be responsible for updating notes, calls, and status changes in the system to keep all stakeholders informed with accurate, up-to-date information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a point of contact with clients regarding product delivery scheduling and status updates. Proactively call clients to confirm delivery dates, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain clear and consistent communication with the sales team and other stakeholders. Accurately document client interactions, notes, and updates in the CRM/ERP system. Monitor delivery schedules and identify orders requiring attention using system reports. Follow Project Success processes to ensure consistent service delivery internally and externally. Provide timely updates on order statuses to both clients and the internal team. Perform other related job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 1-2 years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a scheduling, logistics, or administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems for data entry and order management.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is based in an office environment with frequent phone and computer use. Work involves regular interaction with clients, sales team members, and internal departments. The role requires the ability to remain seated for extended periods while handling calls and updating systems. A collaborative and fast-paced setting where multitasking and adaptability are essential.
