Job Description Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon schedules and costs. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and address project risks, providing solutions to mitigate potential delays or issues. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project-related activities. Maintain strong communication with all project teams to ensure alignment and progress. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and resources. Ability to create and manage project budgets and schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
