$140,000-$175,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Project Allowances We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Phase II of a large-scale mixed-use residential development in Delray Beach, Florida. This landmark project includes multiple five-story apartment buildings with ground-floor retail spaces constructed above a subterranean parking garage , with final completion targeted for 2030 . The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction, from preconstruction and planning through execution, schedule management, budgeting, and project closeout. This individual will work closely with ownership, design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation efforts. Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and construction teams. Oversee subcontractor procurement, performance, and project execution. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Drive project milestones and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Monitor cost controls and prepare regular progress reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 7+ years of project management experience in multifamily, mixed-use, podium, or large commercial construction. Experience managing projects with structured parking, podium construction, or mixed-use developments strongly preferred. Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling platforms.
