Content Strategy & Programming Position Overview We are seeking a structured and results-driven Project Manager to join the Content Strategy & Programming team. This role serves as a key operational liaison between external content distribution partners and internal business teams, supporting the full lifecycle of content acquisitions, agreements, asset delivery, and programming. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced media and entertainment environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day relationships with external content distributors and serve as a primary point of contact for ongoing communication and project coordination. Support the evaluation and selection of titles for acquisition based on business and programming priorities. Assist with negotiating deal terms and coordinating the acquisition process with content partners. Review and revise content agreements and coordinate follow-up with Business Affairs and Legal Affairs (BALA) to ensure timely execution. Serve as the primary liaison with Operations teams to coordinate the delivery of required content assets and supporting materials. Coordinate title scheduling across internal programming systems, including WON, PTS, and other departmental tracking tools. Maintain accurate and up-to-date title information, schedules, and project tracking documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content acquisition and programming activities remain on schedule. Identify and communicate potential issues or delays related to agreements, asset delivery, or title scheduling. Manage multiple title workflows simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in project management, content operations, programming, content acquisition, or a related field. Experience within the media, entertainment, television, or streaming industry preferred. Familiarity with content acquisition, licensing, programming, or distribution processes. Experience working with external vendors, distributors, or business partners. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and tracking information. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Business Affairs, Legal, Operations, Programming, and other internal teams. Experience with content scheduling or workflow management systems is a plus.
