In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through efficient stocking, order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners and warehouse management software to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Load and unload shipments safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols. Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory management software, and ensuring proper stock rotation. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and verifying shipping & receiving documentation in compliance with trade regulations. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to facilitate efficient movement of goods. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, organizing inventory storage areas, and ensuring safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes, improve order fulfillment times, and support logistics operations. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs is advantageous. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Proficiency in data entry and using Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment procedures. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
