Role Overview The Project Architect or Job Captain is a hands-on technical contributor responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality design and construction documentation. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and commitment to accuracy, constructability, and code compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, taking ownership of documentation quality, accuracy, and coordination while contributing positively to the project team. Key Responsibilities Apply strong technical judgment and knowledge of code-compliant building systems to produce clear, coordinated, and constructible Revit-based construction documents and architectural details. Engage directly with clients and consultants to coordinate the permit drawing set across all disciplines. Communicate requirements, deadlines, and decisions clearly to maintain alignment and meet project and client expectations. Support project coordination efforts, contribute to meetings, document key decisions, and help maintain team alignment. Uphold the firm's Revit and Architectural Standards, ensuring documentation is accurate, coordinated, and complete prior to issuance. Perform thorough personal quality assurance reviews of architectural drawings. Qualifications 5+ years of Revit experience Proven ability to deliver built projects Experience in multi-family or senior living required Experience in healthcare or hospitality a plus Strong knowledge of building codes, constructability, and coordination Who You Are & What We Value You align with and actively demonstrate our six core values: Integrity
