If you want to be part of a team that does things the right way, this is it. The Role This is the operational heartbeat between permits, scheduling, crews, and installs. Your job is simple to say and hard to execute: keep jobs moving, crews informed, and installs clean, on time, and organized. You own the schedule once permits are approved. You are the reason install day feels organized instead of chaotic. You are the invisible engine behind smooth production. It is execution, coordination, communication and discipline. What You'll Do Own scheduling from permit approval through install completion Coordinate roofing, gutters, metal, soffit, fascia, and follow-up work across active jobs Speak with install teams every morning to confirm daily scope, surface blockers, and keep crews focused on installing Review each job file before scheduling to verify scope, materials, permits, and crew instructions are complete and correct Keep JobNimbus clean, current, and accurate across all active jobs Communicate install dates and timing windows to customers professionally and proactively Track and schedule warranty work, punch lists, and repair items through proper closeout Surface problems before install day, not after crews are already on site What We're Looking For 1-3 years of scheduling, coordination, or operations experience (roofing or construction strongly preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish required Proficient with JobNimbus or a comparable CRM/project management platform Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Clear communicator under pressure, written and verbal Able to juggle multiple active jobs simultaneously without dropping the ball Comfortable pushing for answers and clarity when information is missing Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits $45,000 - $55,000 base salary Bonuses based on performance Paid time off Referral program Clear growth path within a scaling company
