FIELD COORDINATOR
We're looking to hire a Field Coordinator at our Fort Walton Beach, FL location. Our Field Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed in an efficient manner to assist the Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES
      • Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation
      • Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members
      • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management
      • Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed
      • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary
      • Review and interpret client-issued punch list items against original design drawings and as-built documentation to identify discrepancies and required corrective actions
      • Coordinate field crews to remediate incomplete or non-conforming construction in accordance with client specifications and design intent
      • Conduct site walks to verify scope of punch list items, document existing conditions, and develop accurate field correction plans
      • Track punch list item status from identification through final client acceptance, maintaining up-to-date closeout logs
      • Communicate daily progress and field findings to project management and client representatives to ensure alignment and timely resolution
      • Ensure all remediation work meets quality standards prior to requesting client re-inspection or sign-off
      • Coordinate with locating services, permitting authorities, and utility owners as required to support rework activities
      • Support project closeout activities including as-built redlines, photo documentation, and final acceptance walkthroughs
      • Perform miscellaneous duties assigned
