Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman with a strong background in commercial fire sprinkler installation. The ideal candidate will lead field crews, oversee daily operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise field crews on commercial fire sprinkler installation projects.

Manage day-to-day field operations and coordinate work activities.

Ensure projects are completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and NFPA requirements.

Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Troubleshoot installation issues and implement effective solutions.

Maintain project quality, productivity, and adherence to schedules.

Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other project stakeholders.

Required QualificationsSeveral years of commercial fire sprinkler installation experience.

Proven experience as a Fire Sprinkler Foreman or Lead.

Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and applicable NFPA requirements.

Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and construction drawings.

Experience leading and managing field crews.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Dependable, safety-minded, and capable of working independently.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid and clean driver's license.

Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

Preferred QualificationsNICET certification is a plus, but not required.
