The company is known for its collaborative culture, repeat business, and commitment to quality construction. Job Description
  • Manage all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Oversee budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams
  • Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
  • Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skills
  • Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software What's on
Offer Salary:
$130,000 to $150,000 + bonus + benefits
