The company is known for its collaborative culture, repeat business, and commitment to quality construction. Job Description
- Manage all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Oversee budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skills
- Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software What's on
