On-Site The Construction Operations Coordinator serves as a central point of coordination for construction project information, data management, logistics, documentation, and office operations. This position supports communication and workflow between field teams, subcontractors, project managers, executives, and clients while ensuring project information is accurate, organized, and accessible. Required Education & Experience 2-5 years of experience in construction administration, construction operations, logistics, project coordination, or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction workflows, jobsite logistics, project documentation, and subcontractor coordination. Experience maintaining project data, schedules, deliverables, and workflow timelines. Experience managing construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders, daily logs, purchase orders, safety documentation, and project correspondence. Ability to coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, project managers, leadership, vendors, and clients. Experience coordinating deliveries, materials, equipment rentals, subcontractor scheduling, and jobsite logistics. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety, quality, subcontractor compliance, and project requirements. Preferred Education & Experience Experience with Procore, BuilderTrend, or similar construction/project management software. Experience supporting federal construction projects and familiarity with NAVFAC, USACE, or FAR requirements. Experience maintaining QA/QC documentation, three-phase control records, deficiency logs, checklists, and project turnover packages. Experience with FRACAS? Coordinating subcontractor onboarding requirements, including COIs, W-9s, licenses, insurance, agreements, badges, safety documentation, and site access credentials.
