Job Description

• Manage 2 concurrent ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project execution.
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Utilize Procore and Primavera P6 to track progress, reporting, and project controls.

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Background in hospitality, multifamily, assisted living, or wood-frame construction.
• Ability to independently lead projects without dedicated APM support.
• Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.

Offer Salary:

$110,000-$140,000 base salary + annual and project performance bonuses
