Job Description
Project Manager / Superintendent - Luxury Custom Homes We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom residential projects in Ocean Reef Club / Key Largo, Florida . The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction professional with strong experience managing residential projects from the field. This position will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, monitoring quality, communicating with the project team, and ensuring each home is completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades Maintain project schedules and keep construction progressing efficiently Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality construction standards Review plans, specifications, and construction documents Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality Communicate regularly with ownership, project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors Assist with project budgets, proposals, change orders, and purchasing as needed Track project progress and provide regular updates to management Maintain organized and professional job sites Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety requirements Oversee projects from construction through final completion and punch list Qualifications 7+ years of construction experience preferred Experience in residential construction required Luxury custom-home construction experience strongly preferred Previous Project Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar field-management experience Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Ocean Reef / Key Largo About Us We specialize in the construction of exceptional custom residences with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.
