Kissimmee Job Description:
seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager/Pm someone on cusp of full pm (perhaps handled project on own etc) to support our client team in managing commercial projects. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, tracking budgets and schedules, ensuring quality control, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities of Assistant project manager/Project manager Planning, executing, and closing projects. Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date. Monitor project budgets and schedules, and assist in mitigating potential issues. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders. Support senior project managers with administrative and technical tasks. Assist in vendor and subcontractor management. Qualifications of Assistant project manager/Project manager Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field. 2-5 plus years of assistant project management experience, preferably in commercial construction Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
