This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale civil construction initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering, construction management software, and team leadership, with a passion for driving project success through meticulous planning and coordination. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools, coordinating construction schedules with all stakeholders Manage project budgets through Construction estimating and HeavyBid software, tracking costs and implementing cost management strategies Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local construction codes Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide project execution Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project communication and collaboration Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, and Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and project tracking Manage teams on-site and in-office to ensure efficient workflow and timely resolution of issues related to construction scheduling or regulatory compliance Ensure all construction activities meet regulatory standards and adhere to contractual obligations while maintaining high safety standards Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and quality audits to monitor project milestones and address potential delays or risks Experience Proven experience managing civil or heavy infrastructure projects within the construction industry Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience reading complex construction plans and schematics with a focus on civil engineering drawings Successful track record managing project teams in a fast-paced construction environment with excellent leadership skills Experience coordinating large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders from design through completion Familiarity with contracts management, cost control techniques, and project scheduling best practices in the commercial construction sector Join us as a Project Manager
