We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who loves juggling multiple projects, keeping creative minds on track, and making clients feel like everything is effortless (even when it's not). If you've survived—and thrived—in a marketing agency, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Manage multiple client projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal creative teams. Build detailed project schedules and ensure milestones are met. Coordinate designers, copywriters, developers, vendors, and freelancers. Lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and client communications. Anticipate project risks and proactively resolve issues. Ensure all work meets quality standards before client delivery. Track project scope and manage change requests. Maintain project documentation and reporting within project management software. Help improve internal processes and team efficiency.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience at a marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency. Experience managing branding, print, digital, social media, websites, packaging, trade shows, or marketing campaigns. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Wrike, or similar. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Understanding of creative production workflows. Experience with budget tracking and resource allocation. Ability to build strong client relationships while keeping projects on schedule. Must-Have Experience Previous experience working for a marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency is required. Applicants without agency experience will not be considered. We are looking for someone who understands agency life, can confidently manage multiple clients and deadlines, and enjoys bringing order to fast-moving creative projects.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
