We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who loves juggling multiple projects, keeping creative minds on track, and making clients feel like everything is effortless (even when it's not). If you've survived—and thrived—in a marketing agency, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Manage multiple client projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal creative teams. Build detailed project schedules and ensure milestones are met. Coordinate designers, copywriters, developers, vendors, and freelancers. Lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and client communications. Anticipate project risks and proactively resolve issues. Ensure all work meets quality standards before client delivery. Track project scope and manage change requests. Maintain project documentation and reporting within project management software. Help improve internal processes and team efficiency.
