In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth of our construction operations. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus as you will be communicating with workers and clients. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans , estimating, including timelines, budgets Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and site activities. Read and interpret, contracts to ensure accurate execution of project specifications. Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements. Manage project documentation meticulously, including change orders, progress reports, and daily logs. Collaborate with clients, employees, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless communication and problem-solving. Monitor project progress against schedules, adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the construction industry. Strong proficiency with construction estimating and project management Extensive knowledge of construction site operations and contract administration. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict time management discipline. Familiarity with construction scheduling techniques and project delivery methods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration across disciplines. Relevant certifications in project management or construction are preferred.
