Job Summary This is a full-time, In-Person role for a Project Manager at Floor Shield in our Lakeland, FL facility. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining crew capacity to keep pace with sales, overseeing project execution, managing service and warranty issues, and ensuring excellent customer service across all projects. Communication with crews and home owners is a Critical Requirement of the job.

Responsibilities Operational Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budgetary targets.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team to achieve excellence in performance. Identify training needs and opportunities for team development to enhance skills and productivity.

Process Optimization:

Continuously assess and improve operational processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in project management and operations, tailored to the premium concrete coating industry.

Quality Control:

Uphold the highest standards of quality for all projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Develop and enforce quality control measures and checkpoints throughout project lifecycles.

Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Communicate often with the crew and homeowners during the project, documenting all activity in Builder Prime.

Supply Chain and Inventory Management:

Oversee the procurement of materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage inventory levels to ensure project readiness and efficiency.

Financial Oversight:

Collaborate with the finance department to set and manage budgets, cost estimations, and financial planning for operations. Monitor operational expenses and implement measures to reduce costs without compromising on quality.

Reputation Management:

Increase our 5-Star Google Review rate, work with Marketing to capture testimonials, and create raving fans in all that you do.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of safety within the team by implementing HSE protocols and training.

Service Department Oversight:

Work with the Service Department to document, track, communicate, and resolve service issues for warranty calls.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement in our operations and offerings.
