This position requires experience in project management of new builds and re-skins with expertise in foam, Ultraleather and similar materials. This is a management position to control the process flow to the sewing department.

Job Requirements:

Full-time position, (40 hrs./week) Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. on a regular basis Valid driver's license, reliable car with proof of insurance Fluently understand, speak and write in English This position requires a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship. Patterning for re-skins or new patterns Cutting materials to include foam, PVC board, sew foam, Ultraleather and vinyls Sewing, to include top stitch, French stitch The ideal candidate will have: 10 years' experience in marine upholstery High degree of problem solving Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay:
