Job Description

As a Senior Project (Engineer) Manager, you will Act as a primary client contact on various projects as directed by your supervisor. you will be responsible for Maintaining your personal production calendar to effectively manage and staff all required projects assigned to you. as needed you will Attend planning meetings to discuss with the client their needs from the firm and our ongoing involvement. During these meetings note any issues or resolutions and schedule future site visits. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing construction documents produced by others (either internally or externally). Oversight and preparation of construction design documents if licensed, or preparation of design documents in conjunction with a licensed design professional will be required. You will be responsible for Management of ongoing construction projects in accordance with company policies and procedures. they will be responsible for Conducting field investigations and completing the field investigation reports in a timely manner. As projects demand, youwill be responsible for performing field testing in accordance with referenced industry standards (ASTM, AAMA, etc) and you will be required to Assist their supervisor and be readily available to mentor and and train newly hired employees. Registration as a Professional Engineer or various IIBEC designations is considered an assett for this position.

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
