We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our leadership team and drive the success of key projects.Job Summary:
The Project Manager will play a critical role in the successful execution of high-impact projects across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this individual will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with executive leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Collaborate directly with the CEO and COO to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Oversee project teams, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to achieve project milestones. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and external partners. Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring that issues are identified and resolved promptly. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to the CEO Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project management. Ensure that all projects comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects. Proven experience working directly with executive leadership, including CEOs and COOs. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely in English and Spanish Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Knowledge of the home care industry or healthcare sector is a plus.Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:
