About Us Primo Building Inc. is a licensed general contractor building luxury custom homes across Miami-Dade. Our projects are high-end, detail-driven, and built for demanding clients. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can run multiple jobs from permit to closeout with minimal oversight. What You'll Do Manage multiple luxury residential projects at the same time, from preconstruction through final CO Build and maintain detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project, and keep them current as conditions change Run day-to-day project management in Buildertrend, including schedules, change orders, daily logs, selections, and client communication Handle permitting from submittal through approval, including responding to plan review comments and coordinating inspections with municipalities across South Florida Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to keep work on schedule and on budget Track budgets, costs, and change orders, and flag issues early Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and professional updates Maintain quality standards expected in high-end custom construction Requirements 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in luxury or custom residential Proficiency in Buildertrend and Microsoft Project (required) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong knowledge on Florida Building Code Strong working knowledge of the permitting process in Miami-Dade, Broward, and/or Palm Beach, including the Florida Building Code and HVHZ requirements Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Florida Certified General or Building Contractor license Experience with waterfront construction, seawalls, or coastal projects

Bilingual English/Spanish Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
