Duties/Responsibilities:

Schedule City Inspections Experience with City Inspections Supervise Trades Knowledge of basic construction Drywall Painting Trim Baseboards Tile Flooring including engineered glue down, tile, laminate, carpet Cabinets Experience handling punch lists

Qualifications:

Be able to work M-F 8-5 Be able to work Saturdays when needed Valid Driver's License Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently Be punctual and respectful of client's time Fluent in English; bilingual preferred Be able to take exceptional photos Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology Driven by personal and collective team success Strong integrity and moral values Take initiative with attention to detail
