ResiPro is seeking a high-energy, field-centric Project Manager to drive our specialized residential renovation model in Orlando and Central Florida. This role is built for a professional who excels at both the front-end technical inspection of a home and the backend execution of project managing residential renovations. You will be the face of ResiPro in the field, ensuring every home is scoped accurately and each home's rehab is delivered to our rigorous quality standards.Responsibilities:
1. Tech-Enabled Inspections & Scoping Conduct the initial property evaluation process in Orlando and Central Florida using our tech to build comprehensive scopes of work in real-time. Coordinate and schedule inspections, representing the company with professionalism and transparency. Identify and document all repair needs, ensuring the initial scope accounts for both visible defects and the secondary work required to complete those repairs correctly. Flag all high-cost, high-liability, and "deal-killer" items during the inspection to ensure the property meets strict acquisition criteria. Ensure all structural, mechanical, and safety concerns are captured accurately to prevent budget overruns and timeline delays once the rehab begin 2. Renovation Management & Subcontractor Oversight Direct and oversee residential renovations, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Schedule and manage subcontractors to execute specific line items dictated in the scope, ensuring all work is completed to ResiPro's standards. Perform consistent site visits to verify work progress and ensure subcontractors meet expectations for quality, correct material usage, and adherence to project specifications. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and that necessary permits and documentation are monitored throughout the construction process. 3. Quality Assurance & Project Closeout Perform a comprehensive final walk-through on every property to ensure the home meets all internal quality and safety standards prior to completion. Verify that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are fully functional and that all finish work meets company expectations for craftsmanship. Document the final condition of the property to ensure it is move-in ready and prepared for a successful resale or inspection. Ensure the property is clean, well-lit, and fully prepared for market presentation Job Requirements (Including Education ): 2-6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume scattered-site rehabs. Strong "Multi-Trade"Knowledge:
You understand how a change in one area impacts another. Solid understanding of local building codes and common inspection requirements. Excellent communication skills for managing local subcontractor relationships and working with the ResiPro team. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for daily travel in the Orlando/Central Florida Market.The Ideal Candidate Field-First Mindset:
