Panama City Beach, Florida | Field-Based, Remote & Travel About Us Estevez Services Group, LLC (ESG) and Delri Solutions, LLC are affiliated, family- and veteran-owned and operated Estevez companies supporting commercial and government construction projects. ESG manages the construction contracts, while Delri Solutions provides dedicated personnel and operational support for project execution. This position is employed by Delri Solutions and will work as an integrated part of the ESG project team on assigned projects. Military veterans are encouraged to apply. Position Summary Delri Solutions is seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Project Supervisor to support and supervise field operations across multiple active ESG construction projects. This is a hands-on position for an experienced construction professional who is comfortable coordinating multiple trades, maintaining project documentation, managing onsite logistics, and helping ensure projects adhere to established schedules while remaining compliant with ESG and client standards. The position is based in Panama City Beach, Florida, with travel to assigned project locations based on active project needs. While regular field presence is an important part of the role, many project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities may be performed remotely. This role requires proficiency with mobile applications and the ability to transition seamlessly between mobile devices and desktop systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technological aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms. The Associate Project Supervisor will work closely with ESG Project Managers, engineers, project coordinators, administrative staff, executives, subcontractors, and clients. Projects may include U.S. government contracts and work performed at government-controlled facilities. As a condition of assignment to applicable projects, employees must be able to satisfy any background screening, identification, access, or security requirements imposed by the U.S. government or applicable facility for onsite personnel. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day field supervision and coordination across assigned ESG construction projects Use Procore daily for project documentation, communication, daily logs, observations, and photo uploads Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, roll-offs, and other onsite logistics Coordinate with ESG Project Managers, engineers, project coordinators, administrative staff, and executives Monitor construction progress, workmanship, schedule performance, and field conditions Identify, document, and promptly communicate project delays, conflicts, and potential issues Plan and coordinate material requirements to support upcoming work Assist with material ordering and verify deliveries against project requirements Create, maintain, and update project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager Prepare and maintain three-week material and work lookaheads Gather field pricing and supporting documentation for potential change orders Assist with the preparation and submission of change orders Lead and document weekly jobsite safety meetings Help maintain compliance with project-specific safety requirements and ESG procedures Prepare for and participate in weekly client and project meetings Maintain consistent communication with the Project Manager and ESG leadership regarding project status, priorities, risks, and field conditions Maintain organized and accurate project records Follow procedures, documentation standards, and expectations established in the ESG Project Manual Perform additional project supervision and coordination duties as required to support successful project delivery Qualifications Several years of demonstrated experience in construction field supervision, project coordination, assistant superintendent, project engineering, or a related construction role Commercial construction experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of construction sequencing, jobsite operations, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation Proficiency with Procore or comparable construction/project management software Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate and prioritize responsibilities across multiple active projects Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, clients, project managers, engineers, and other project stakeholders Comfortable working independently in the field and remotely while maintaining consistent communication with management Ability to identify field issues, anticipate potential problems, and proactively communicate solutions Commitment to maintaining professional, organized, and safe jobsites Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned project locations as required Ability to meet applicable background screening and site-access requirements for projects involving U.S. government contracts or government-controlled facilities Employment & Compensation Full-time W-2 employee of Delri Solutions, LLC Annual salary: $70,000-$75,000, based on experience and qualifications Based in Panama City Beach, Florida Regular travel to assigned project locations as required Many project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities may be performed remotely Project assignments will be based on the active project needs of Estevez Services Group Employee will be responsible for supervising and supporting assigned projects in accordance with Delri employment policies, ESG project requirements, and direction from project leadership How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction highlighting your relevant construction experience and availability to: info@esgcontractor.com Delri Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
