is hiring an entry-level Project Specialist to help coordinate commercial millwork and interior-finish projects. No millwork or estimating experience is required. We will train the right person to read construction drawings, review project documents, assist with estimates, track approvals, and support projects from bidding through installation. What You'll Learn How to read architectural drawings, elevations, details, and specifications How commercial millwork and casework projects are estimated How to identify rooms, drawing sheets, details, finishes, and quantities How to prepare scopes of work, bid documents, and schedules of values How to process RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders How to coordinate with contractors, designers, manufacturers, and installers How to use CORE Intelligence and other AI-assisted construction tools How to track a project from the initial bid through completion What You'll Do Organize drawings, specifications, addenda, and project records Review AI-generated takeoffs and project information Verify drawing references, room numbers, quantities, and dimensions Enter and maintain accurate information in the CORE operating system Request pricing and information from vendors Track deadlines, approvals, revisions, and outstanding decisions Assist with estimates, proposals, purchase orders, and change orders Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members Support project delivery, installation, punch lists, and closeout Who We're Looking For Highly organized and attentive to detail Comfortable working with computers and learning new technology Able to follow a defined process and maintain accurate records Strong written and verbal communication skills Willing to ask questions and accept coaching Dependable, professional, and accountable Able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines Interested in construction, design, architecture, or project management Experience Is Helpful but Not Required Experience with construction, cabinetry, design, estimating, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, or project-management software is helpful—but we are willing to train a motivated candidate.
