job summary: Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Real Estate Development to oversee high-value commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects in Pensacola. As a Senior Project Manager - Real Estate Development, you will be responsible for ensuring that all developments deliver to financial business plans while maintaining a premier reputation with key partners. This role requires a high level of accountability in managing project execution, from initial planning through successful completion.
location:
Pensacola, Florida job type: Permanent salary: $160,000 - 200,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Maintain complete ownership of assigned projects, acting on behalf of ownership to drive timelines and financial budgets forward. Collaborate with architects and general contractors to identify value-engineered options that reduce costs and increase revenues. Enforce project schedules with a zero-tolerance attitude toward delays, ensuring critical path items are updated and managed weekly. Review and negotiate essential governance documents, including license agreements, insurance, and AIA contracts. Coordinate directly with investors and partners to provide transparent reporting and resolve complex project issues.

Experience level: ManagerMinimum 3 years of experience
Education:
Bachelors skills: Project Management (3 years of experience is required)
