None Required. The Opportunity You will serve as a vital link between the office and the field, supporting the full lifecycle of mechanical projects from startup to closeout. This role is designed for a developing professional with a "field-first" mindset who is ready to transition into high-level project leadership. At Feddon Mechanical, you aren't just a number; you are a key collaborator working directly with company leadership to ensure our projects remain organized, compliant, and profitable. How You Will Make an Impact Manage critical project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and track real-time material deliveries. Support project scheduling by monitoring manpower needs, subcontractor timing, and key milestones. Review technical drawings and specifications to identify potential design conflicts before they reach the field. Assist with job cost tracking and budget monitoring to ensure projects meet financial expectations. Facilitate clear communication between field leaders, general contractors, and internal stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project logs and correspondence to ensure historical accuracy and transparency. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 4 years of field experience in mechanical or commercial construction. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents. Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience in project support, estimating, or mechanical coordination. Direct experience using Procore or similar construction project management software. Additional trade school certification or college-level coursework in construction management. Basic knowledge of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems and code requirements. Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay cycle with year-end performance bonus eligibility.
