- Manage billings, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentation
- Lead Owner, Architect, and project coordination meetings
- Oversee inspections, permitting, and certificate of occupancy requirements
- Maintain project schedules with input from field and procurement teams

- 5-7 years of Project Manager experience
- Institutional renovation experience in occupied buildings
- Strong contract administration and project controls expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must live within 45 minutes of Plantation, FL What's on
Offer Salary Range:
$120,000 - $150,000- Work with a contractor backed by $2B+ in project experience
- Lead a high-visibility institutional renovation project
