• Manage billings, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentation
• Lead Owner, Architect, and project coordination meetings
• Oversee inspections, permitting, and certificate of occupancy requirements
• Maintain project schedules with input from field and procurement teams

• 5-7 years of Project Manager experience
• Institutional renovation experience in occupied buildings
• Strong contract administration and project controls expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Offer Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000
