Electrical Assistant Project Manager We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in electrical construction, project management, and estimating. This is both an office and field position with less time spent in the office. Must be willing to work with tools if the situation warrants. Position Overview The Electrical Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical projects. This includes assisting with project management duties, estimating/bidding, and ensuring high-quality installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and components. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing commercial electrical projects from start to finish Support project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with field teams Perform estimating and bidding for electrical projects Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes Maintain safety standards and enforce safety protocols Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing electrical projects 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating/bidding 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Electrician 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes Strong computer skills and proficiency with project-related software Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Journeyman Electrician license Ground-up construction experience Experience with McCormick estimating software Lighting and CAD knowledge Willingness to travel Additional Requirements Availability for day and night shifts Safety-oriented mindset Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Reliable and punctual attendance Must provide own tools Must pass a drug screening Application Details Local candidates only will be considered Qualified applicants will be contacted promptly for an interview
