Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to join our rapidly growing construction management team. In this role, you will support project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects across various stages. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and meet quality standards. Duties Assist in developing and updating project schedules with scheduling software to ensure timely completion of milestones. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow on construction sites. Support the preparation and review of construction plans, contracts, and change orders to maintain project scope accuracy. Utilize construction management software such as Contractor Foreman, Bluebeam, and Civil engineering project management tools to track progress, document issues, and manage project data efficiently. Help monitor project costs through cost management tools. Create and analyze Excel data for budget tracking and forecasting. Contribute to construction site inspections, safety audits, and quality control checks to uphold safety standards and project specifications. Prepare detailed reports on project status, scheduling updates, and risk assessments for review by senior team members. Experience Prior experience supporting construction projects or working on a construction site is highly preferred. Familiarity with construction scheduling and software. Knowledge of construction estimating tools Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel data analysis for project tracking. Hands-on experience with construction management software including Contractor Foreman and Bluebeam is a plus. Understanding of civil engineering project management software and general construction industry practices is desirable. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret plans, schedules, and contractual documents effectively. Pay:
$49,379.23 - $59,467.46 per year
