  • $130,000 per year Job Details
  • Participate in project estimates, set up budgets, build the construction timetable, and develop the strategy to deliver on time and on budget Select and buy out subcontractors, issuing subcontracts and blanket purchase orders Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design professionals while ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulatory requirements Maintain the change request log, control changes, and handle formal correspondence with owner and architect Monitor cost, perform projections, prepare payment breakdowns, and support the project engineer through close out Requirements Minimum of 3 of successful commercial construction industry experience Strong communicator who works well with clients, subcontractors, and fellow employees Working knowledge of budgets, subcontracts, and change management A bit about us:•We are a respected general contractor building across Florida's Treasure Coast, with active projects spanning Indian River, St.
