In this role, you will coordinate all phases of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive collaboration among teams, manage client expectations, and uphold the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of residential construction projects, utilizing project management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or Prolog to develop detailed project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and workflow throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to blueprints, schematics, and construction plans while maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage project budgets by tracking costs using HeavyBid or similar cost management tools; identify potential overruns early and implement corrective actions. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety protocols; address issues promptly to minimize delays. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, schedules, costs, and risks for stakeholders; facilitate effective project coordination meetings. Ensure all construction activities meet regulatory requirements by staying current with local construction regulations and permits. Lead project teams by assigning tasks effectively, managing timelines efficiently, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on excellence. Experience Proven experience managing complex residential or commercial construction projects with a focus on infrastructure development. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar tools. Strong background in construction estimating, scheduling (construction schedule coordination), cost management, and project leadership. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction plans accurately. Hands-on experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction regulations and safety standards. Skilled in managing teams within a construction management role while maintaining high levels of productivity and morale. Familiarity with managing project budgets from initial estimates through completion using project management software tools like Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
